breakages, damage, theft or cleaning that is required arising from
the stay.
Cancellation Policy.
All booking cancellations must be no later than 48 hours prior to
the booked stay.
Payments can be made

reserve the right to charge a replacement fee for broken or missing
items that are in excess of the amount of the security deposit.
